LAST SATURDAY: cousin's wedding well. its a simple and nice wedding reception i guess. held in his house. had buffets for both lunch and dinner.nice (: friday reached their hse at bout 1am plus. then walked arnd, played with my cousins, etc til 3am til slept. and me and cousin had to slp in a real small space with only 1 sleeping bag to share la! super uncomfortable. but no choice la.. ): then woke up at 7am. hahas. later went downstairs then slp with my same cousin in the living room again.. lols. cos we too tired then slept til 11am, which was about the time they bringing the bride back. so had to queue like dont know how long to use that spacious bathroom! hahas. like soooooo many cousins la... one by one somemore. played zhongjimima with my cousins! hahaha super fun cos my cousin had a veryvery small redpacket for us mah.. so those who lose will have to go tell him that redpacket too small! lols. and also sing a song infront of lotslots of ppl! :DD had dinner then talked crap among ourselves then stayed up til 2am then slept. my cousins they all went home las! so sians. ): cannot upload the photos now. shall do it later! yet another busy week.. ): hahas. everyday is packed with homework,homework and more homework! theres a never ending flow of homeworks.. lols. anw. i going to my cousin's hse in malaysia tonight. yep. to attend his wedding. CCA EXHIBITION! (: woke up at 5.45am today. reached school at 7am. superr tired la. then practised for a while before carrying all the instruments down to the hall. veryvery tiring. ): and we were the first to perform! hahas. ok nothing to be glory about. just that we either be the 1st or the last item to present. hahas. cos we need to move out the instruments. i think we did pretty well for the 1st song but for the 2nd song... i guess it was a bit untidy.. yepp. cos very fast and quite a few of us couldnt catch up. hahahs. but msang said we were good! :DDD lols. i guess it was the first time that she said that? hahas. but it made me realise 1 thing... you have to go through lots of practices to have just a few minutes on the stage.... i dont know yet whether is it worth it. but i am believe the days down the road will surely be a tough one. lets just hope that we will perserve through all that and then everything will be fine! (: anw. after the whole thing met up with my mummy. yep went to bishan and walked arnd. then went amk to buy smth for my bro before dad fetch us. went home and did some work. currently stuck at physics questions and trying to find answers from net.. hais. next week going my cousin's wedding. i guess i'm going to miss out quite lots of things and i suppose i wont have time to finish my work in time. :/ i miss our adventure camp verymuch. ): a fulfilling but long and tired day. :D Friday, January 12, 2007 @ 4:06 PM
it has been a busy week.. ): monday. start of school. OFFICIALLY. yep cos we went for camp for last week. almost all lessons have admin stuffs. lols. and mondays have 3 sciences! but all is single period so its still ok. tuesday. had geog quiz. lols. very challenging and quite lots of screams arnd. hahas. pretty much exciting. :D had to queue for very long for the lockers la. ya, but i think the person quite pathetic, cos he was like keep working and also scolded by people. lols. then in the end. he didn even go according to the nos lor. he like anyone put the queue no. in his hands then he will take de. hahas. then we rushing for time also. cos got CCA. and finally. i got the locker for me and jeanne. :DDD thursday. character first lesson. chose class committee. (: today. no assembly. then stayed in class to talk about CIP things. about going to flats to collect recycable items. actually 1.00pm school dismissed. but we had 2 more extra periods of chinese. and the tcher didn even come la. like sitting there and learning to fold hearts. lols. :D i couldn much rmb all the things that happened. and. tml CCA exhibition! have to reach school at 7am. after that still got lessons. hais. can even rest on sats. and i dont even know how to tell her about next sat which i not going. ya. and i feel that i shoudnot have locker. cos. i keep hittint people with the locker doors or my hands accidentally hit them la. BACK FROM CAMP! :D reached home this afternoon.. (: superr fun.. especially ytd's campfire! woo~~ i loveit man. lols. DAY 1 assemble in school at about 6.30am. then was waiting for jiayi. but she didn come cos of dirrhoea i think hope she's well :D went to marina country club to board the ferry from there. the bus trip there was scary man. me, xinpei, chiagek, yongmei and lijia were sitting at the last row. then my seat was the far right one la. it was getting hotter and hotter and smoke came out! i tink something wrong with the engine... lols. very smelly too. xD reached pulau ubin! had briefing and some camp cheers.. then went to pitch our tent! lols. we five shared a tent. and it was obviously smaller than the others de! and we had a hard time squeezing... hahahha. went for ubin exploration. it was tough man. we had to run(with track pants), and sing and cheer at certain points! walked a looonnnnggg way just to find answers. and we had to ask the villagers there! lols. then xp used teochew(i think) to ask one 101yrs grandpa.. different people gave different answers.. hahas. but it was fun singing and cheering on the way :DD wentback to campsite and it started to rain.. sians cos we missed the chance of rafting! ): and our tents got all wet! stupid la. super wet and our sleeping bags also got damp. had some campfire prep. yay i love GUMMY BEARS! PAPA AND MAMA BEARS TOO! :DD bananas of the world unit rocks! (: and lastly, we had the night confidence walk! it was quite fun. cos we walked to the middle of the deserted place. then we were blindfolded and we had to hold on to one another .... quite nice and challenging... lols. :D couldnt get to slp at night la.. cos there were many people shouting, walking arnd.. and somemore our tent is practically wet! disgusting... woke up at 5.30am to bathe. cos day 1 we just wash up and didn really bathe. it was nice after bathing.. (: hahas. DAY2 after breakfast, went for high elements! very fun... hahaha i love it la.. very challenging.. first stop is the rock climbing part.. didn get my chance to go up cos time was tight. so went for the next abseiling something like you have to be like the firemen and slide down the slope.. climbing up the stairs super scary la! ): but after that slowly came down and it was ok.. next stop was about teamwork de. as in everyone had to step up on the rope and try to balance with one another without falling down.. had a difficult time balancing! but we managed to complete it! lols. then it was the putting through the spider web thing. quite fun too. (: next was the high wall! hahaha. needs to carry everyone up the wall. had to support people throughout.. but it was fun! lols. and we carried ms seh up the wall too! hahas. it was great although sweated a lot in the helmet. after lunch had a short meeting of our campfire item and started rehearsing. it was nice la. i am so proud of it! :DDD had high ropes after that. pretty scary standing up on such a high place. ahahha. but managed to walk through the steps. (: CAMPFIRE TIME! i looovvveeee our campfire so much la! so nice and warming. everyone cheering for each other, shouting presenting. and FINALLY , it was our GUMMY BEARS TURN! had two cheer songs and the banana split song! we were super high la.. hahaha. i was so proud. (((: after some songs and cheers from other classes.. had teachers to perform for us too! teachers were quite cute and sporting! the results of the campfire item was out. we didn get any prize.. at first i was like so excited and nervous all over it... and i was rather disappointed that we didn win. ): had debrief... the trainers and ms seh had thought that we would have won! well. but it was worth the effort hat we put in even though we didn get any prizes. (: DAY 3 breakfast then started to pack our things. and to de-pitch out tent. had a difficult time folding all the sheets.. after that went to the conference room. the whole cohort was so HIGH! and the camp chief was rather sad that we were leaving. lols. but it soo fun spending time with all the trainers and classmates. this camp truely makes us learn a lot. overcoming difficulties,etc and most importantly, to bond with our classmates. it may be a diffcult feat for us.. but i think at least after the campfire, our bondings are slightly stronger. it takes time to gell everyone up, but i believe that we, GUMMY BEARS, can achieve that! :DD all the trainers(esp. PAPA BEAR AND MAMA BEARS) rocks to the core! love them sooo much! (: and 3E, may we bond together real fast and be united as one! 3E, PAPA BEARS, MAMA BEARS, GUMMY BEARS, TEACHERS, TRAINERS, ALL SEC 3S, ETC,ETC thanks for everything! it was truely a fun and memorable camp for me! :D Monday, January 01, 2007 @ 11:26 PM
tomorrow will be the last day of school holidays! its going to be over!! ): i am getting afraid and scared of getting back to school nowadays.. its makes me feel differrent. well. i think is because we have to adapt to a new class. but these days. i have been running away from the fact of going back to school.. i just leave in my own world, taking my own time for everything. til now. i then realised how wasted my holidays are! i should have enjoyed it more rather than complaining. and now. i am complaining for more holidays! aren't i contradict? =/ its sucks going back to school after a looonnng holiday! and it sucks even more when you know that you are going to camp on the second day of school ! )): @ 12:45 AM
HAPPY NEW YEAR! (: 2007 has arrived! woohoo~~ :DD i am soooo tired after walking for the whole day... this morning. went to army market with jeanne and liquan. bought some stuffs for camp then went down t o bishan. bought some things also.. went popular.. lols. bought quite some going back school stationeries.. then went buy bbt before proceeding to amk central. hahaha. we went to the newly opened ntuc central. its darn stuffy and the escalator is moving at a snail's speed! hahaha. it superrr slow i tell you. and it was so crowded also! we bought nth out of there. then went look for those small bottles of shampoo and shower cream... saw lots of shoes and went looking at ____ lols. then when i came back. my cousins came. so we went to esplanade to countdown! ok. we were PLANNING to countdown. but it started to rain la. so we got no choice but to return home! yep. such a waste. and i missed the countdown party at vivo! sianzzzz. i should have stayed at home to watch rather than going there and squeezing with people la! so frustrated somemore. and they went back! and i didn even get a chance to say bye to them!! stupidme. |
